New Orleans, Louisiana – 2025 ISBRA-APSAAR World Congress

The 48th Annual RSA Scientific Meeting / ISBRA Congress was held June 21–25, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting brought together 1,555 attendees from 26 countries and 45 states for a robust program focused on alcohol research, education, clinical practice, and scientific exchange.

Program highlights included plenary sessions, symposia, oral and poster presentations, professional workshops, mentoring opportunities, and sessions focused on emerging research across alcohol use disorder, neuroscience, treatment, recovery, health equity, organ injury, policy, and related fields.

Attendee feedback reflected a strong response to the meeting, with 98% rating the overall organization of the conference as excellent or good, 95% agreeing that the conference structure supported sharing and learning about alcohol research, and 94% rating the educational content as excellent or good.
